Everything was 5/5 Trilby gave excellent customer service! Food was soooo bomb. Calamari was spicy that went perfectly w the remoulade. Cajun creole was flavorful. The blueberry lemonade was a fire recommendation The atmosphere was giving a creole speakeasy. Diverse crowd

Everyone was incredibly friendly. The food was delicious. Surprisingly that Texas had an incredible Cajun flavored food selection. This was the best thing since Louisiana Creole type food that I've had since New Orleans. Little bit of an upsell by our really friendly waitress but we did buy/order. Really appreciated the ambience & chill atmosphere. Recommended for an overall enjoyable, authentic, laid-back experience.💖😎🤙🏽

Went to the “Drunken OYSTER” for a date night, excited to eat oysters! Very underwhelming experience. Service was good! Seating was kind of crammed together. But the oysters were so tiny! My wife and I were shocked when they brought them out. We could not believe that management thought that it was okay to serve such small oysters. After mentioning how small they were to the server and asking how they serve them that small, he replied “ I know, several other people tonight have said the same thing. Management makes us serve them”. He did offer to get us a couple more but we were not there to get free food. We have dined at the Drunken Oyster several times and have never been disappointed until our last visit. Very unlikely we will be returning.

I’ll give the front desk 2/10 Imagine telling a customer three times “we dont have 1pm reservations, I can’t see that” Sorry there isn’t… When in fact I called twice for that reservation a day prior and clarified with the manager. He even asked the name and a good number to call. 🫩🤷🏼‍♀️ So we were standing the entire time while waiting for our table even though there were vacant chairs nearby. Server was exceptional… she was the best server! I wish her well in her future endeavors in life. She saved the restaurant. Food The cajun boil is too peppery.. like there’s too much pepper powder… slightly dry but it was well seasoned. 5/10 The medium rare steak can hardly be eaten it was like a bubble gum. 4/10 The two other steaks we order was ok 7/10 The pasta was good but the one we have at a thai resto in Plano tastes way better. We will give it 6/10. My dear friend went home with a 500+ bill. Too pricey for the food. Will probably be our first and last.

My daughter invited me to brunch at Drunken Oyster, and I was really excited. However, we sat for over an hour just waiting for our drinks. The entire lunch took about 3.5 hours. We paid for bottomless mimosas but only received three drinks. I ordered the special, which was priced higher than the regular menu items, but it was so salty and dry, that I couldn't eat it. The Waffle was so dry it just disintegrated when touched. As we looked around, we noticed the bartender—who is my daughter's colleague—standing and chatting with other patrons. Young people walked by without offering to take our orders or check if we needed anything. The store manager never stopped by to see if we wanted our empty glasses refilled. One person spoke to the manager, who seemed surprised but still took no action. He did not collect our empty glasses or provide any assistance. Our waiter was fine, so we tipped well; however, I will never return to this restaurant. After we left, we went to Bar 3,​ where the service was great. As a 72-year-old, I find it unacceptable to pay $60 for a bad meal. I cannot recommend this place to anyone.
